Business Outlook
Pros
The hours are really good for salary management... 45 hours a week average during the year and about 50-60 during holiday season. Not bothered on days off... unlike previous employer. Great communication with direct reports and clear expectations. Actually gives raises which is hard to come with many organizations.
Cons
The stores are understaffed and overall inventory management is poor. Some departments are continuously light on product which is frustrating for guests and employees. Poor exit strategy of clearance merchandise. The return policy is very poor and makes it difficult to deal with guests.
