Dedicated employees at lower levels. Nice campus with on gym on premises. Spectacular10% employee discount.
Cons
Upper management is always in crisis mode. Executives cannot make decisions in a timely manner or adhere to schedules. Lack of any clear long term plan beyond preparing for IPO. Terrible raises and bonuses. Meaningless goal setting and evaluation processes mandated by HR department waste enormous amounts of time and effort.
