Pros

The team is made of a very diverse group of smart and hard working individuals from different cultures, pedigrees, and experiences and yet everyone is highly relatable and approachable. The industry is very exciting and growing fast. We work with all these amazing brands building these incredible influencer programs, disrupting themselves, and we're in the middle of it all to make it possible. The tangible impact we can have on these large global organizations can't be overstated. This is as big of a lever for a relatively small company as I've ever experienced throughout my career. In other words, there's no dull day at Traackr. Traackr also applies this idea of disruption to itself and keeps challenging us to reinvent our ways of working constantly.

Cons

It feels that despite our recruiting efforts, we're constantly understaffed and having to be ruthless in our prioritization of work. Though I intellectually understand this is the name of the game in a growing company in a growing industry, I can't help but wish I could check more things off my todo list. Since the beginning of Covid, we've been primarily remote. It's been great for productivity but I miss the social aspect of getting together with the team more frequently.
