Traackr is a rare find as an employee - it's a startup that is dominating in its industry, yet has managed to propagate great company culture and hire on folks that are incredibly smart, friendly and excited about what they do.

Cons

Currently doesn't offer 401k matching - they also always aim for the middle of the road for salaries (was told this by one of the execs).

Some great people work there, and the product itself is actually kind of cool.

Cons

For a company that was "born global", they're shockingly bad about communication and making people feel included / invested. It's extremely top-down where management will insist, plead, badger, and guilt you into going above and beyond, but won't give you credit when you do.
