Pros

The product, the challenges you face as software engineering and the team. Really good work/life balance. Leadership listens to the engineering and product teams and people can push for their ideas and product improvements if they show value to the customers.

Cons

Some times you face some old technologies because the company/product has some years history behind serving customers (so, cons but good at the same time, since shows that the product/company can and knows how to survive), and also there are some initiatives to update that technologies.

Traackr is a really special place, and it's the reason I've been here for almost 3 years. The people are smart, hard-working, and dedicated to each other and their clients. We're diverse and global in nature, which means that every day you're learning something new! Plus the company always looks to promote within, so if you've got a particular interest, the team will try to find a way to make that passion a reality. Moreover, it's an amazing opportunity to get experience with massive global clients. Our team is trying to solve problems for huge brand names, and that in itself feels super rewarding.
