Pros

Lots of other young people work at Trace, however this leads to a very immature culture. Employees share a common interest in sports, but this makes an ultra competitive environment.

Cons

There is negative job security. You can close a six figure deal for the company on Friday and get fired first thing Monday so they don’t have to pay your bonus (not an anecdote, it happens often). You will wake up everyday wondering if it will be your last at Trace, and you won’t even care, because a part of you just wants Trace to fire you so you don’t have to take the 5 minute to quit.

Pros

-Great product and technology -Technical team is smart and high quality (isolated from the rest of the revenue generating side of the organization)

Cons

- Toxic and Unethical Leadership: There are literally no lengths they will not go to in order to try and justify their actions- lies & false reports commonplace - Sales Management has had minimal experience growing successful sales teams and creating a great working environment - Constantly change and move the targets so very few people can make the stated target earnings -Micro management -Customers are not prioritized- internal agendas prevail

Pros

working with sports everyday was fun, that’s it.

Cons

They treat everyone as temporary, because you are. As soon as they don’t like something, they can you. At least 2 people a month get let go - absolutely no security. The positive reviews are only because the higher ups force employees to post them.
