Pros

Made a few good friends and learned how not to be treated.

Cons

Everything from benefits to team interactions to Senior/Executive Leadership being clueless…you name it, this was the worst company I’ve ever worked for in my 20+ years in corporate America/“The Channel”. HR turns a blind eye. Pay is not equal for same/similar roles. There are some people with very little going on and get a paycheck, while others work their fingers to the bone drowning in work and Leadership turns a blind eye. Benefits were expensive comparatively speaking to other companies that offer better benefit packages for lower monthly cost. It felt like people had no idea what they were doing and making it up as they went along.

Pros

HSA (health savings account) that they contribute to and is not tied to this job

Cons

Very short sighted in terms of the tech the internal teams are forced to work with, vs. the tech they are selling to clients

Pros

Good VAR experience... Use this to your advantage, and then move elsewhere!

Cons

The company was bought out from MB a few years ago, since the transition to 5/3 it has been in a full nose dive. Management is no longer in touch with the pains that lower and mid-level operations face. There is absolutely no training system in place, pay is below industry standards and benefits are atrociously priced. The biggest issues are that there is absolutely NO room for advancement, and blatent lying from management on changes within the teams. There has been high turnover in the past few months, and it appears that it will continue in September. Morale is non-existent at this point; between turnover, overwhelming work volume, lack of appreciation, the police force (known as Client Success), and absolutely NO work/life balance... I don't see LaSalle continuing much longer.
