Pros
Great company, work here if you can! I started in March of 2020, had 2 weeks in the office before the pandemic started, and the entire company seamlessly went remote overnight. I heard so many horror stories about how other companies handled all the changes due to COVID, so glad I joined the Trace3 team as the job has been a source of stability amidst all the insanity. Extremely flexible working schedule/environment, "what makes sense for you" policy has been in effect for remote vs. in-office since quarantine restrictions were eased. There's a persistent push to lean on each other and work as a team across all departments, no one is siloed despite over a year of work-from-home and I work with amazing, talented folks everyday. Great transparency top-to-bottom in state of the business and management decisions, super important with so many changes/general uncertainty due to the pandemic. Leaders tend to work with their reports collaboratively. Communication is wide-open across the organization with practically every possible messaging platform available along with a wide range of tools and resources to tackle issues and share insights - and all that is just the standard "workplace stuff". There's also unlimited vacation, nice, clean offices to use that stay stocked with snacks and drinks, CONSTANT virtual events/contests/learning opportunities that often have incentives for participating and, as of July 2021, in-person events are being scheduled again and offices are fully open (with standard social distancing/PPE requirements in place, varies by office location's local/regional guidelines - because the company ACTUALLY cares). All in all a great place for anyone to work!
Cons
Constant innovation can be difficult to keep pace with for daily processes
