I've worked with Trace3 for approx. 3 years, and it's by far the best company I've worked for. It's super flexible, you have a great work-life balance, and the culture here is by far the best culture you could ask for! Management on our team is super open and laid back, and only here to support you along the way.

Cons

Remote work can be isolating, but that can be seen at any remote company. Trace3 has many offices across the country, and you are encouraged to go use those spaces for that very reason!

My manager is incredible and I love my team, which is why I stay. Promotions from within have been readily offered.

Cons

Micromanagement in IT. Developers, steer clear. Went from offering “special days off” around the holidays, to making us work Christmas Eve in 2025. There’s been a big initiative around company culture recently but it feels like lip service to cover up these kinds of decisions that are intended to squeeze us.

Flexible hours, huge upside, significant opportunity to network

Cons

Leadership in certain geos is pretty brutal. I was a top performer in my region and developed a significant GP pipeline in my first full year of employment - didn't matter. They ended up paying me a significant amount of money months after they axed me upon the direction of HR. I'm not saying all BUs in T3 are bad, I know they are not. But, I would be very, very careful here. For obvious reasons, can't disclose more.
