The top three pros are: - Non-Toxic Leadership who live the OTOV Core Values (not just talk about them) - Core Values: Integrity, Humility & Respect, Commitment, and Excellence. - The way in which OTOV approaches collaboration, innovation, and optimization, with trust and shared experiences.
