Onboarding with Trace3 was Great!
Pros
From the moment I hit the apply button from LinkedIn and dropped my resume, nothing but positivity occurred. The talent representative was very engaging and stayed in the process from day-to-day with my interview schedules. Tayler C, was so energized about her company; it created an excitement about becoming a Trace3 team member. When the offer came, the same positive energy was experienced by everyone involved and my hand was never let go, with every process along the way. Getting everything in place was smooth and the welcome/orientation from POH team, was the same. I'm feeling the love and the meaning of being a part of this GREAT organization. Thank you Trace3 for choosing me and making a difference in my life.
Cons
Right now, I'm still having a positive experience. This is a very busy season for Trace3, which is a good time to join the team. Training is happening, so I'm trying to take it all in.
