Pros

TrackMaven is an awesome company. Everyone talks about the benefits, free lunch, commuter benefits but the product is amazing. We are changing the game for marketers. I have also met people that I know I will be friends with for a long time. The company has doubled in size this year but it feels right not like it did when I joined another start up who grew so fast that no one knew what was happening.

Cons

Change happens fast. You have to willing to learn all the time and the hours can be long at times.

Pros

- Team is the sharpest I've ever worked with - People are driven to succeed - Great benefits (cell phone reimbursement, free lunch, building has a gym, commuting stipend, 100% covered health insurance) - Awesome customers

Cons

- Not an easy job, but that is part of the fun/challenge - Goals can change quarter to quarter. Expected for a startup.

"Amazing Growth Opportunity with an Amazing Team"

Pros

-Company is growing at an extremely fast rate -The team here isn't only extremely hardworking and intelligent, but they're fun too! -Great corporate culture -Good compensation and benefits package -Free lunch every day -Many after-work events like happy hours and bowling nights -Very transparent

Cons

-Every now and again lunch isn't good -Not a con, but the hours are long. By no means is this a 9-5 place.
