Pros

Incredible work environment - surrounded by smart, driven, fun, mavenly people Growing start-up - company has tripled in size in the past year Strong learning-oriented culture, Everyone is constantly stretching themselves to think, communicate, brainstorm, problem-solve in new and interesting ways.

Cons

Not much to say here. The culture is data-driven, so prepare to back up your performance with metrics. Not necessarily a con - you are very much in control of how you execute your role. Creative approaches are encourage.

Opportunities abound

Pros

Great office. Super smart people. Promote from within- so if you perform you will be given an opportunity to run a project and possibly get promoted. Growing at a good clip and the amount of new products we have produced in the last 6 months have been amazing. Leadership team is transparent and truly cares.

Cons

Still a bit of the old culture-entitled and lifestyle company. It has since become a true start up with the energy being obvious.

Huge opportunity with rewarding challenges

Pros

The company is growing rapidly, which presents lots of opportunities to stretch yourself professionally. The challenges are continually evolving like the business. If you embrace the changes and challenges, you can plot an incredibly rewarding course.

Cons

It's hard work building a high-growth company. The path ahead isn't always clear, and as a company that's only 3 years old, we don't have a long history to serve as a guide. People who are successful here enjoy that sort of uncharted territory.
