Business Outlook
Pros
The hard physical work is great and rewarding. Interacting with customers is fun. The stated company mission and values are great.
Cons
Low pay, and the company will do it's best not to give you good raises (a 4% raise with inflation at 6% is not a raise). Management has an us/them mentality towards the team members and even the team leaders. Hours are constantly being cut. High turnover for team members makes it harder on those who stick around. Poor communication between management and team. Not enough time or people to do all the work = high stress.
