      Balance Ethical I have a great home life with this company. That's something unheard of in retail.

      Pros

      The company was willing to train its workers, at least those who were willing to go through it. Learned a lot about sales, and about many MANY different products. Generally satisfactory management, though it all depends on the person.

      Cons

      Pay was disappointing, but its retail I guess. There was a lack of leadership during a period where our store manager left for a different position within the company, took forever to get a replacement, especially as most of our key carriers had left. With only two key holders, it should not take months to get a replacement for a position that everybody knew was opening up.
