      individual stores are run without corporate interference, its a nice change from other large retail chains.

      Great team, customers are nice .. flexible hours ...

      PAY RATE !! like I said you get what you pay for ... you pay minimum wage you get every tom/ dick and harry off the streets with not a clue what is going on. No experience , lacking in all skills and are not trainable ( most of them ) .... You get GOOD QUALITY PEOPLE .. Paying them what they are worth ... if you have people with sales skills and great customer service don't give em 7 bucks an house and think they will work for you long term ... take care of the people you have .. good people are hard to find
