      No need for a gym membership while working here.

      Cons

      Management is oblivious to how they appear to customers. Management will do everything they can to pass blame for everything on to lower level employees. Pay is no where near worth the amount of work demanded of employees. After several months with the company I still had not received a single piece of the official training for my position. Everything I knew how to do I figured out on my own or by calling other stores to ask questions.

      Pros

      They offer Decent benefits, though its been a few years and things may have changed. Consistent upper management style, which is to say I generally hated all decisions they mad Good salaries, I can not complain - I made good money, though I made better money at my previous employer and was much happier.
