Pros
TSC Values: Ethics, Respect, Balance, Winning Attitude, Communication, Development, Teamwork, Change, Initiative, Accountability. Everything that is done from the store level to the Store Support Center follows these simple yet profound values. If it threatens to compromise these values, it simply isn't done. If you feel like your hard work and dedication have been appreciated by other employers, you owe it to yourself to give TSC a shot! Better than average employee discounts, good medical/dental package and an employee stock purchase option that you wouldn't believe! I know I didn't at first. Potential for monthly bonus, not just for management, but every team member. Reasonably good training for team members. Decent salary package for ASM/ MIT (hourly) and SM (salary), fair for team members.
Cons
If you aren't willing to work hard, don't bother. You won't fit in with the 'Out Here' work ethic. If you want to get rich, work at a 'big box' and remain just another number. If you aren't willing to give 'Legendary Customer Service', you need not apply. It is retail, so your schedule will be varied, and you will have to be available to work weekends, but very few, if any late nights.
