      The biggest problem I see is get this done why aren’t you getting things done. Not enough people to help cover the floor and help take care of the customers. That’s just a excuse. The pay is horrible. They use their moral and ethics when it beat suits their needs.

      Some very good customers that make you feel valuable, especially because the upper management will not!

      Cons

      Even the written policies will never feel consistent because as soon as Loss Prevention or the district manager leave your store manager will either overrule them or have you doing the job of others to the detrimental of your own.
