      Bad, barely enough payroll to run the store and definitely not enough to throw feed bags all day.

      Pros

      It was close to home and guaranteed 40 hours plus. The offered benefits and vacation quickly my recommendation is to take all your vacation and sick time as soon as you get it. In most places they pay a hiring bonus, because for minimum wage and the amount of work they require you are better off at a fast food restaurant, at least there you will be inside the whole shift.

      Cons

      The work was hard and the pay was very poor for the amount of work they expect. There were times I was the only person working at the store (very unsafe). Upper management was poor at best. This is a good company to work for if you have no teeth, no ambition and no desire to better yourself.

      Pros

      This is a great company to work for. Good benefits, employee-centric atmosphere overall, team building exercises as well as individual training to help you grow both professionally and personally.

      Cons

      cubicle arrangement is horrible, management is degrading, disrespectful, controlling and manipulative. Individuals are not encouraged to grow within the company. Have to ask permission to do anything. I felt like I was in kindergarten.
