Pros
- some great people - nice benefits (League, lunches, etc) - good location
Cons
- it's hard to image weaker management, (technical and otherwise) - management doesn't care about the opinions/ideas of the employees - the only route to advancement is through absolute obedience, dissenting opinions no matter how constructive are not welcomed - very much a "yes-man" culture - decisions are made with no rhyme or reason and forced upon employees - honesty doesn't seem to be a value that management is interested in - many SDMs probably would't even qualify as Team Leads at other organizations - very high turnover on many teams - this company has lost over $125,000,000 in about two years - the organization seems directionless - the people at the top haven't demonstrated in any way that they know what they're doing
