      Do your research before you commit to becoming a full time employee. Very long hours and back breaking work!

      Pros

      Great co-workers and customers! The benefits for part time crew members are very good.

      Cons

      The "Captain's" at most of the stores are way overpaid! They do very little work while middle management does it all and is not compensated fairly. The hours for full time crew members are brutal and sadly results in many broken relationships. Being and "staying" a part time crew member is the way to go.

      most rock...friendly, laid back, and yet very knowledgeable .... work crazy hours and maintain a positive attitude
