Pros

Some of the best reasons to work at TJ's is that it's always fun, upbeat, and not boring. Your duties are always changing and you have a sense of accomplishment when you get something done.

Cons

The hours can be late, till 1am at times, and when it is really busy it can be overwhelming. Sometimes you will get outrageous customers too.
