      Pros

      Great environment, I worked in a few different stores, good benefits for part time work, fun co workers and bosses, ease of transfering to different stores.

      Cons

      gets repetitive and can be physically demanding, scheduling can be kind of scattered and crazy, reviews can get overgeneralized.

      Accountability isn't really a priority, schedules are flexible, the benefit package is second to none, it is not stressful in the least.

      Cons

      Accountability isn't really a priority, the basic nature of the job physically stressful, customers are mentally exhausting, there is no emphasis on productivity.
