      Pros

      Trader Joes offers very good benefits for even part time employees.

      Cons

      The company has changed alot in the time I have been here. It is now all about the bottom line, making hours low, and giving poor reviews to give poor raises. There is never enough people to do the job and you are expected to have it done anyway. The atmosphere constantly feels stressful, and you never feel good about the job you have done, because it always has to be half way done. I feel like I have to do less of a good job just to say it is done.

      there are a lot of benefits from working there, there is always new product, customers are pretty nice, just the managers were not professional

      Cons

      management made it very hard to work there by not pulling their own weight, bringing their personal life into the picture and so forth

      Pros

      Great Company with good values and great product. Fun people to work with.

      Cons

      Very, very hard work. Extremely physically demanding, 10 hour + days and mind numbing. Lead a section, make a list, go to cramped over-packed stockroom, get product, fill section, repeat for the next 8 hours. If making a mountain of 60 pound sacks of potatoes, onions or other produce is part of your passion then this is the job for you. The values are not 100% in the teams heart. Customer service is of paramount importance but the NYC store employees think they are too busy to provide customer service.
