Pros

The crew and our development together. The customers and helping them out. The benefits are some of the best you can get anywhere.

Cons

It is sometimes difficult to have a balanced life. Expectations are fair and high. It can be challenging to complete what needs to be done in the time given.

Pros

Trader Joe's provides the best starting pay I've seen for a part-time position in a grocery store. In addition, you have the chance of obtaining up to $1 more for your hourly rate around every 6 months. Trader Joe's focuses on hiring friendly people. Most of the managers and crew members I worked with were easy to talk to and made working there more enjoyable.

Cons

Rules could be better structured. For example, each manager has different opinions on various things such as how products are stocked, so you have to change how you do things depending on which managers are around that day.
