Pros

The pay is competitive enough for a non-unionized company. You get a decent discount on food, and we all know trader joes food is pretty good.

Cons

low quality management, terrible work schedules, inability to communicate issues to upper management, little to no job performance help. still, not a bad place to work, necessarily.

Pros

Trader Joe's offers good pay, superb benefits (even for part time crew members), an employee discount, and a very fun work environment.

Cons

The work can be difficult at times, but it is about on par with what you would expect for grocery store work.

Pros

Good pay, Good benefits, Good people, and good food. I have worked for the company a long time and used to find it rewarding.

Cons

Too much favoritism, poor communication from management to employees, horrible feedback, company has no idea how individual stores are operated. No place for arbitration, when treated unfairly, HR is a joke in that regard.
