Pros

Management works with you, and they give regular raises. The work can be physical, as all crew members need to stock and do all the grocery duties.

Cons

This job requires dedication as it always seems to be busy, and although the day goes by quickly, it can poop you out.

Pros

Relaxed atmosphere, get to talk to people all day and eat good food.

Cons

Starting bay at $11/hr sucks when you have a family to feed at home.

Pros

The pay is by far the best in the industry, starting at $10 to $12 dollars and hour depending on experience, and caps out at just over $19 dollars for part time employees.

Cons

Not a lot of variance in shifts. You either work at 4am 12pm or 3pm. Not a whole lot in between. Say good bye to the 8 to 5
