Pros

Great if you are a student and need a lot of flexibility. The post there schedule at least a week in advance so you can make plans. Plus you get a 10% discount.

Cons

Getting all weekends off is not going to happen. If you are a extremely hard worker supervisors will get you off the register.

Pros

The hours are hard, but management is incredibly willing to work with you to find a schedule that works. Communication between supervisors and crew members is very good. Their open door policy makes the environment that much more relaxed--there's not a ton of bureaucratic junk going on behind the scenes. The job is challenging, but you're still able to have fun throughout the day. This is by far one of the best jobs I've ever had and the benefits package is great.

Cons

It's a very physically demanding job and sleep becomes a very precious commodity once you start. The counters at the registers are high and the step-stools used for stocking shelves could stand to be taller. Basically, the job's a bit more difficult if you're short, but far from unmanageable.
