      Great Benefits, super fun work environment - not for everyone

      Good benefits Easy to move up if you're willing to work hard Very positive work environment - most crew and customers are genuinely happy to be there. Store discount is sick. Awesome team. Shifts go by quick.

      Cons

      The weight of the store is on the Mates - workload and responsibility goes up A LOT from crew to mate, but the pay does not really go up proportionately. Can be pretty high stress - if you have a lot of callouts, you are responsible to pick up the slack and make it work.
