Pros
Anyone can do this job. No experience or knowledge of the industry is needed. Anyone can pick it up in a week. It takes very little brain power to be full time employee.
Cons
You will NEVER earn a living wage and will always be living paycheck to paycheck if you support yourself. You will be expected to work nights, weekends and holidays without any compensation other then your base pay. There will be times where you are expected to clean public restrooms including urine, pheses , vomit , menstrual blood and other bodily fluids left by customers and employees. A full time employee might earn a combined 8 paid days off a year for vacation, sick and personal days......wow. The health insurance is getting progressively worse. The 401k contribution by the company has been lowered to 5% from 10%.
