      Weekly pay if they even put you on the schedule, company van if you are crew chief

      Cons

      Stalking, constant picture taking, management always looking for reasons to write you up, it's a full time job with Les that part time hours, good ol boy atmosphere

      Pros

      Traffic Plan has been a great place work. The hours are 8am-4:30pm Monday-Friday. The office staff is very friendly! Benefits are the best! They cover all of my medical/dental premiums for my husband and three kids. I wish i found this place years ago

      I currently have nothing negative to say, i am happy here!
