      Fair company to work for, but things need to improve in order to keep employees

      Pros

      Well Balance of work life and family life. I like the compensation of being payed for not having insurance through the company. I like my co workers and the companies that we work and do business with.

      Cons

      Improve pay for employees, pay employees for work that is being canceled due to inclement weather or company canceling. Pay employees for travel, pay for holidays, increase pro time, and holiday bonus

      Pros

      I value that I work for a growing company and that I contribute to the company's growth. I value that there is advancement with the company and that there is room to move up into different positions. I like working with my team as I feel we all work well together to accomplish the jobs that are at hand.

      I think salaries could improve as there are certain areas that drive more business and are tasked with more responsibilities than others.

      Pros

      The Benefits package is more than fair. the willingness of management to help with questions and making suggestions for safer setups. The advancement process for those willing to learn & show they want the work.

      Cons

      When new employees reach 6-9 months, give them a training class that takes the orientation class up a step.
