all of us being able to have an open dialogue with our General Manager makes all the difference, because of that we are able to get issues and problems worked out very quickly.

Cons

we just need some more vans in Pa, we have people that are ready to take the next step and become a Crew Chief and we would like to be able to give them that opportunity.
