Good Company, Good Pay, Always scarcity of resources

Good management, Good Pay, Awesome Bonuses, Good learning

Cons

Always scarcity of resources. They just won't add more people to do work. They pay 1.5 time of the market standard but will get 2X work too. If you are a work horse, then it is a good company to join.

Great benefits but the IT management is pathetic

Pros

Good benefits, policies, pay. Pretty flat organisation structure.

Cons

No work in the IT group and the management does not care. Revolving door policy and the people asking for work are rewarded with them being fired. Bosses work with own people from prev org and promote them. POLITICS Galore and too much chaos with no documetation as the head is busy saving her job. London office is ramped down with most of the work getting outsourced. Won't be surprised if everyone in IT is let go by year end.
