You can ultimately fast forward your career goals. Staying with the company provides great opportunities to move up fast with hard work of course.

Cons

Hard to balance work life with personal life. High stress job. You have to constantly be on top of things. Hire and fire system is obscene; see this happen too frequently. No training modules.
