some excellent people but some shocking people too. departments are very regimented and a lot of them versus us, lots of change recently

Well organized IT at first with the feeling that people work together Friendly IT team with good specialists, everyone good technically Advanced projects and interesting plans for the future Exposure to valuable business knowledge

Cons

After changes in IT management things happening seemingly at random, with constantly changing business requests Division between software developers hired by old and new management - people sitting next to each other and never saying a word Deep division between IT and business. Business is always right, IT is always wrong. Prevailing blame culture.
