Good physical trading shop with a major edge in logistics and shipping. If that's your interest, you will see first-hand how that side of the business is properly run.

Cons

Deeply confused financial traders who lack any real edge and bring the rest of the floor down (nat gas is particularly weak). Poor desk management, fairly chaotic desk organization. Junior people should be aware that they will often be given a choice to relocate to Asia or South America or seek employment elsewhere.
