      Great entry pay. Davidson campus is very nice.

      Cons

      Materials and procurement teams are so segmented it is hard to get much accomplished without constantly being in meetings to get alignment. Disparity of culture from Davidson to plant locations.

      Like many big, U.S. industrial companies with a long legacy, priorities are typically out of order. Place a large value on employee compliance and conformance. Promoted commitments to innovation are very hollow.
