Lack of leadership throughout all levels of management. Hard work gets no recognition just more work. Certain areas of the plant are heavily neglected while others are coddled. Experience in an area means nothing because on a whim one can be transferred into an area they know nothing about.

They were growing and taking on more than they had the staff to do, and some engineers were stretched thin by taking on the work of other roles for which we had positions open or had plans for positions.
