Pros

IR is provides a great work environment and is probably the most fair company that I have worked for. It's an inclusive environment and they really embrace the need for work-life balance. The campus is beautiful and offers perks with ERGs and health and wellness programs.

Cons

There are lots of organizational changes which makes it difficult to establish solid relationships and prove your value as an employee to leadership. Still many people don't get opportunities for advancement because promotions are people in the good-ol-boy network as well as organizational "favorites"

Pros

Great global company with very good values; decent health benefits and even better additional benefits. Possible additional compensation available, see below. Co-workers were also good.

Cons

Depending upon the department, full and appropriate internal support was lacking due to not understanding communicated requests. Intense and mandatory Month-End and Year-End requirements. Very, very difficult to meet requirements for additional compensation, which is based upon the performance of your department for the entire district.
