      Pros

      Ingersoll Rand was a decent place to work. The benefits and pay were good. For certain people there were chances of advancement within the company.

      Cons

      Very little training and at times very stressful. Managers can be very rude at times and have their picks within the department. Very low employee morale.

      Employee friendly, work life balance, amazing managers very process driven gives responsibility you are allowed to make mistakes good learning technologically

      Not good paymaster, very flat organization hence less profile enhancement caters to very specific product portfolio and hence gradually your scope also becomes very narrow
