Great place to work - challenges like any other place
Pros
Great leadership that sets the tone for the organization of performance, but excellent support for employees. Great benefits package. Strong core businesses that ebb and flow at different points in the economy adding good overall stability to the company For the most part, I can say that people that work there are really good to the core people. The CEO is very value driven and it makes a difference for the whole company.
Cons
Like every business there are politics & games to be played to get stuff done/be promoted. Culture struggles with true innovation and fairly risk adverse. Also very analytical and if you something is put forward outside of the norm, most are quick to be critical to show knowledge/skill by being able to pick something apart.
