      People Don't Matter

      Pros

      Decent pay and benefits. Nice campus for their headquarters.

      Cons

      Only the numbers matter. People are treated like dirt. They have reductions in force every quarter like clockwork. They don't believe in leadership only management. They have a management training program that spits out manager and their philosophy is that they can run anything. Don't need to know anything about the business, market or industry.

      Good place to work. Leading manufacturer of HVAC porducts. Your work is rewarded considerably.

      Mfg plants don't necessarily follow lean principles but are trying to switch over.

      Excellent team spirit, ingenuity, and management leadership. Knowing and meeting the CEO and hearing his passion encourages those just starting with the company.

      Big international corporation, little things can be lost. Sometimes it can be difficult to track down information through all the correct channels, something our customers don't enjoy fighting through.
