      Very Bad - One of the worst workplaces I’ve ever seen - Too many politics

      Pros

      Being able to work in a field and on a project that I have a degree and an interest in.

      Cons

      A bunch of managers sitting in meetings all day gets nothing done. The TIS management is looking for scapegoats to blame someone for their messed up project. Many bad characters. Dishonest communication.

      Good benefits, decent pay, career advancement opportunites

      Cons

      Promotions and advancements are all about nepotism and favoritism (who you know and who likes you) which leads to poor ineffective managers, poor communication, and too much division between sectors, departments and even employees and unfair employment practices.

      it's a typical big company; long hours but work is interesting and sometimes fun. lots of different thing s to work on .

      Cons

      sometimes high pressure due to deadlines; challenging and sometimes just busy work and not really that fulfilling; teams could learn to work better together
