      Pros

      Good benefits for the area, pay is acceptable for the area, good working hour flexibility, vacation time off is good for when you first start.

      Cons

      Poor communication to employees for changes. Constant restructuring and changes without adequate prior research leaving things a mess and people left to pick up the pieces.

      Pros

      Global support reduces oncall events. Not a back-stabbing environment. Good team working environment. Decent benefits.

      Cons

      Everyone fears for their job. Extremely shortsited management philosophy. Layoffs have cut into the bone already. Extremely valuable business knowledge is gone. Good luck on quick troubleshooting. Time is money, but that's the price of shortsitedness.

      Pros

      It's a very diverse environment with people, processes and products of a great variety. An excellent place to learn how things are made, how different functions work together towards a common objective. The things you will learn here you may not find in B-school or at any other single employer. Very stable company, has been around for 100+ years and continues to make changes to it's product portfolio to prepare to remain in business for the next 100+ years.

      Cons

      Compensation for entry - mid management positions is avg or below avg compared to peers. Advancement opportunities are less driven by management and more driven by the individual.
