      Pros

      A family owned company that truly cares for it's employees. Good insurance. 401k match. Great paid time off program

      Cons

      Most jobs last around 2-3 years and then you have to move.

      There are no pros in working for Trans Ash

      Cons

      I worked for TransAsh a very short time. 6 weeks to be exact. In that time I have 3 superintendents. You are not allowed to stop to eat lunch, something that I am sure is illegal. You are a body, not an employee. You are told at the last minute that you will be working 2-4 hours overtime, etc, etc.

      Pros

      Superintendent was great laid back very safety conscious. Tried to keep equipment operational. Just enough overtime but not overwhelming to impede on your personal life.

      Cons

      Poor benefits and pay. Equipment condition was horrible. Owners of the company are very greedy. They don't invest in their employees. Most jobs are on a contract basis.
