- Products represent technical breakthroughs in the field of organ preservation - Company invests heavily in new product development, clinical support and regulatory - Fast growing company with "small company feel" - Individuals can take on significant responsibility and have growth opportunities - Good blend of internal promotions and new hires to maintain a good mix of product knowledge and fresh ideas - Good cross-functional team collaboration

Cons

Benefits are improving to keep up with company growth. Recently improved vacation plan. 401k is available, but match would be even better.
