      A company that is truly client centered. Employees are endowed with the ability, responsibility, and commitment to Transpak's clients success.

      Cons

      None! Bert Inch, TransPak's CEO, is always open to employee's feedback. In the short time I have been with the company, I have seen him adopt employees' ideas that initially differed from his.

      Transpak cares about it's employees and offers great benefits. Transpak team is the definition of teamwork. Every employee gets along. Transpak offers employees the opportunity to grow and succeed.

      I have been an employee at Transpak for several years and without a doubt, their culture and values are second to none. TP employs teams of respectable who want to be a part of something greater--incredible benefits, incentives, and opportunities for growth anywhere in the org. This company is a place where everybody is part of the family and invest in your success, truly special!
