Pros

Hired me Gave me initially infinite overtime Nobody leaning over my shoulder

Cons

Nobody to coach me or train me properly Demanded hours without concern for my personal life, regardless of any of the 24 hours in a day. I could get called in at 2am, 2pm, 10am, or 10pm. Or any other time you could imagine. I could get calls for intel during my vacation. They didn't verify my pay was appropriate for my job description. I found out when I was leaving (not sure if accidental or not), that my job description rated 6-12 dollars an hour more than I was getting paid, and I found out a new hire who did nothing but ride a forklift (which was my job to maintain and repair when HE broke it), was making 5 an hour more than me.
